These Terms of Service govern your use of DearCat at dearcat.app. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DearCat.

DearCat lets you upload cat photos and create AI-generated cat artwork using our available templates, tools, and providers. You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

To access some features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to DearCat to the extent you already own it. You grant DearCat a limited license to host, process, store, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. Subject to applicable law and any third-party provider terms, you may use the generated output created for your account.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not upload nudity, sexually explicit content, graphic violence, illegal content, or other unsafe or prohibited content.
• Do not use DearCat for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.
• Do not interfere with the security, stability, or normal operation of the service.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or payment controls.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.

Some DearCat features may require paid credits or other purchases. If you make a purchase, you authorize us and our payment providers to process the transaction. Prices, packages, and feature availability may change over time. Purchases are final except where refunds are required by law or expressly stated by us.

DearCat relies on third-party providers for payments, authentication, AI generation, analytics, hosting, and infrastructure. Your use of certain functionality may also be subject to those providers' terms or policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to your use of DearCat.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of DearCat at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may suspend or terminate your access to DearCat if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or if we are required to do so for legal or security reasons.

DearCat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DearCat and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DearCat, its affiliates, and their personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of DearCat after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
